About the position

As an entry-level automotive technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will provide essential preventative maintenance services to ensure the safety of guests on the road. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided to equip you with the necessary skills for various automotive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance services for vehicles including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check on vehicles.
• Provide top-tier customer service to guests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast and trusted services.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
