The Automotive Territory Sales Manager position at SiriusXM is primarily a remote outside sales role focused on managing the Automotive Independent Dealer Sales Program. The main responsibility of this position is to prospect leads and generate enrolled dealers within the assigned automotive dealership/shop territory, which includes states such as Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. This role demands a strong understanding of the market geography and the ability to log daily dealership activity, key contacts, and track progress to ensure accurate and complete dealership activity throughout the region. The position also requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to facilitate effective communication and reporting. The Territory Sales Manager will need to demonstrate excellent presentation and training skills, as well as a proven track record in both inside and outside sales. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with automotive or field marketing experience that showcases sales success.
