About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing outpatient practice, focusing on orthopedic therapy, women's health, and medical/cosmetic injections. The ideal candidate will provide holistic care, integrating orthopedic rehabilitation and cosmetic treatments while building and growing their own patient panel in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions.
• Administer therapeutic injections for pain management and healing in joint and soft tissue injuries.
• Provide comprehensive well-woman exams and manage common women's health conditions.
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers, conducting consultations with patients.
• Accept new patients and cultivate lasting relationships across multiple specialties.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care within the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida.
• Board certification in Family Practice (FNP), Women's Health (WHNP), or another appropriate specialty.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting.

Nice-to-haves

• Additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures preferred.
• Experience in musculoskeletal care, orthopedic therapy, or physical rehabilitation is strongly preferred.
• Experience with PRP, hyaluronic acid injections, or other orthopedic regenerative therapies is a plus.
