About the position

The AV Field Technician & Programmer role is a full-time position based in Las Vegas, NV, focused on programming, installation, and troubleshooting of various audio-visual systems. The technician will work closely with a team, demonstrating leadership and a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality service delivery. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage projects effectively while providing internal support to other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Program and install audio-visual systems including Lutron, Control 4, Elan, Vantage, and Josh.ai.
• Build and lace equipment racks for installations.
• Perform advanced setup and configuration of devices and networks.
• Troubleshoot devices and provide internal support for other technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to service calls as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programming and troubleshooting audio-visual systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach and grow others.
• A steady work history with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
• High emotional intelligence and a pleasant disposition.
