Requirements

• Associate's degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of audiovisual technologies, including AV control systems, projectors, displays, audio systems, and video conferencing solutions.
• Experience in AV control system programming (e.g., Crestron) and network integration.
• Proficiency in IT networks and familiarity with computer-aided design programs (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced certifications in AV technologies (e.g., QSC Level II, Dante Level III, AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I).
• Experience working in an academic environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology trends, such as active learning spaces and online collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and experience programming in multiple languages.
