About the position

The AV Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a small government integrator in the Capital Region, focusing on resource management, operations contracts, and risk identification. This role is pivotal in supporting customer needs and involves managing, developing, and training specialists in their personal and technical career development. The manager will also handle service ticket management, live production support, and may require travel to client locations for on-site AV activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and resources for AV services.
  • Oversee operations contracts and identify operational risks.
  • Support customer needs and ensure service delivery.
  • Manage, develop, and train specialists in personal and technical development.
  • Monitor the service ticketing system and manage service tickets.
  • Provide live production support for AV activities.
  • Travel to client locations as required for on-site AV management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven experience managing projects and teams.
  • Background in AV or technology-related fields.
  • Experience working in the federal space.
