Responsibilities

• Oversee asset planning, tracking, and final delivery of clips.
• Curate key moments of title campaigns in partnership with publicity.
• Kick off clips brief and timeline across a large volume of titles.
• Manage and update AV Studio slate tracker with new launch dates and deliverable timelines.
• Align clip strategy with publicity and key stakeholders.
• Manage team documents and resources related to clips delivery and asset trafficking.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of AV operational and clip strategy experience at a studio or agency.
• Experience managing a high volume of projects and collaborating with teams to deliver AV materials.
