The Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative position at Atlantic Aviation is a seasonal role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients arriving at the facility, providing professional service and assistance in a fast-paced aviation environment. The representative will interact with corporate flight departments and high-profile clients, handling various tasks related to corporate aircraft services, cargo and passenger charters, and general aviation operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
- Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
- Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to ensure all customer service needs are met.
Requirements
- Customer service/hospitality experience.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid state driver's license.
- Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations.
