Aviation Line Service Full Time

About the position

The Aviation Line Service position at St. Paul Flight Center involves providing essential support services for corporately owned and operated aircraft. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as fueling, towing, de-icing of aircraft, and assisting passengers and flight crew. The position requires a strong focus on customer service and adherence to aviation safety regulations, making it a vital part of the operations at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Fueling, towing, and de-icing of aircraft.
• Assisting with passenger and flight crew needs for incoming and departing flights.
• Performing daily fuel/delivery system quality assurance checks.
• Greeting, parking, towing, moving, and marshaling aircraft.
• Assisting passengers and/or crew with baggage and cargo.
• Performing wing-walking duties.
• Providing lavatory and water service; supplying oil for aircraft.
• General cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building, and customer areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining facilities and vehicles owned/leased by the company.
• Handling customer needs to their satisfaction.
• Providing shuttle service for passengers and crew.
• Snow removal with plow truck and hand shoveling.
• Assisting with cargo operations.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related job experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work all shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred, but not required.
• Must have a clear driving record for the past 3 years.
