About the position

The Passenger Service Agent position at Trego/Dugan Aviation is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service to passengers using charter services. The agent is responsible for various tasks including ticket processing, baggage handling, and providing information about flights and boarding procedures. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during training when full-time hours are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer tickets and checking baggage.
  • Monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity.
  • Assigning seats and providing information on arrival and departure times.
  • Handling denied boarding situations and accommodating customers with hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
  • Enforcing safety and security measures.
  • Assisting customers with special needs during boarding.
  • Completing sales reports and other ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent training.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to type at least 25 wpm.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
