The AVP of the Change Management Office is responsible for leading the Transformation Change Office (TCO) in the strategic assessment, implementation, and sustainment of change management efforts related to people, processes, systems, technology, and structure. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating large to medium change management activities across various functional areas within or across several locations. The AVP will provide a change management risk evaluation and mitigation approach to build consistent organizational decision-making, adoption methodologies, and change execution. Additionally, the AVP will oversee the staffing resources deployed to support organizational initiatives and projects, creating and maintaining an education program with tools and methodologies aligned with organizational development to enhance the culture of change management. The position reports to the Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development and Learning, and it plays a crucial role in driving the execution of a system-wide Change Management strategy through developing and implementing people adoption strategies aligned with Memorial Hermann's strategic goals. The AVP will serve as a member of the Project Governance Committee (PGC) to evaluate large scale projects for change management needs and assign resources appropriately. This role requires a strong focus on assessing system-wide readiness for change and making enterprise-wide recommendations on change management, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of the change management office through reporting and outcome tracking systems to ensure benefit realization of business unit initiatives and projects.
