About the position

The Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition Marketing role is focused on implementing digital marketing strategies to drive new account growth for the Verizon credit card portfolio. This position involves leading a test-and-learn digital acquisition curriculum within client digital channels, collaborating closely with the client marketing team. The role is remote with occasional requirements to commute for in-person activities, emphasizing flexibility and choice in the work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute or influence execution of digital acquisition strategy through partner channels.
  • Implement A/B testing plans, segmentation and personalization strategies to drive lifts in response.
  • Lead all necessary reviews/tollgates, maintaining focus on major risk areas (Fair Lending, UDAAP).
  • Manage all digital acquisition Workfront processes including project brief, workbook requirements, and creative review.
  • Monitor and measure performance of all digital marketing campaign metrics versus plan.
  • Support broader Consumer Engagement team on other marketing projects across the customer journey.
  • Provide support in digital acquisition forecasting and leadership presentation material creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing with web, email, and mobile experience.
  • Experience with marketing management software like Workfront or similar.
  • Analytics experience with competencies in analytic dashboards and tracking.
  • Ability to travel as needed (10%).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Technology.
  • Prior experience with Senior Leadership and/or Senior Management.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital marketing experience in areas of domain, native mobile app, and CRM journey.
