About the position

The Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition Marketing role is focused on implementing digital marketing strategies to drive new account growth for the Verizon credit card portfolio. This position involves leading a test-and-learn digital acquisition curriculum within client digital channels, collaborating closely with the client marketing team. The role is remote, offering flexibility, but may require occasional commuting to the nearest office for in-person activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategy through partner channels including Purchase Path (Apply & Buy).
  • Integrate deep digital marketing within partners' domains, mobile apps, and CRM journeys, as well as display media, social, and paid search experiences.
  • Implement SYF-deployed acquisition strategies, including retargeting opportunities and Marketplace strategies.
  • Create and manage A/B testing plans, segmentation, and personalization strategies to enhance response rates.
  • Lead reviews and maintain focus on major risk areas (Fair Lending, UDAAP) through adherence to policies and legal reviews.
  • Manage digital acquisition processes using Workfront, including project briefs and creative reviews.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues while seeking solutions.
  • Monitor and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns against plans.
  • Support the Consumer Engagement team on various marketing projects across the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide digital acquisition best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing, with web, email, and mobile experience.
  • Experience with marketing management software like Workfront.
  • Strong analytics skills, including experience with analytic dashboards and tracking code implementation.
  • Ability to travel as needed (10%).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • Experience with Senior Leadership or Senior Management.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital marketing experience in areas such as domain, mobile apps, and CRM journeys.
  • Consumer/digital first mentality.
  • Marketing experience in cobrand credit cards, technology platforms, or financial services.

Benefits

  • Annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Salary range of $90,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual, adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.
