The AVP, Credit Transformation Product Owner at Synchrony Bank is a pivotal role that involves leading an agile team focused on credit products. In this role, you will prioritize features and user stories based on their value and alignment with the product strategy, ensuring that the most impactful elements are addressed first. You will also collaborate with other product owners within the Credit Transformation team and critical partners to identify deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks associated with the projects. Leading product release plans will be a key responsibility, as you set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Engaging with key stakeholders, including IT, ECE, Digital, Operations, Compliance, and Risk, will be essential to prioritize ideas and new features effectively. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements, and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
