They will develop and maintain comprehensive marketing roadmaps that outline key initiatives, timelines, and milestones to guide the execution of marketing strategies and programs. The AVP will also act as the marketing product owner, participating in Sprint planning and providing continuous feedback to development teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. The position requires a proactive approach to program management, with a focus on meeting key milestones and deadlines while swiftly identifying and overcoming any blockers or constraints. The AVP will collaborate closely with product management and technical experts to identify and implement optimal solutions for complex business challenges, fostering alignment and consensus among stakeholders.
