In this role, you will remotely lead a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists (PDS) focused on driving engagement and growth of purchase volume within the Health & Wellness Industry vertical. Reporting directly to the VP of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring your team to ensure they effectively execute sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the industry. This position requires collaboration with senior sales leaders and various departments, including Quality Assurance and Training Managers, to implement effective sales strategies that enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include the development and implementation of strategies and best practices aimed at increasing purchase volume across your Book of Business. You will work closely with your team to drive engagement with practices, particularly focusing on underperforming accounts. Regular coaching and evaluation of team members will be essential, utilizing a benchmark measurement system to assess performance through monthly one-on-ones and ad-hoc sessions. Additionally, you will gather and report customer feedback to industry leadership, ensuring that the voice of the customer is integrated into sales strategies. Fostering a positive and engaging work environment is crucial, as you will encourage teamwork, celebrate diversity, and inspire high performance within your team. You will also be tasked with performing other duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
