In this role, you will remotely lead a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists focused on driving engagement and growth of purchase volume within the Health & Wellness Industry vertical. Reporting directly to the VP of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring the Inside Sales team. Your collaboration with the VP of Inside Sales and Senior Sales & Industry Leaders will be crucial in executing effective sales strategies. You will also work closely with other sales leaders and Quality Assurance & Training Managers to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead the Inside Sales PDS team, ensuring the execution of industry vertical sales and marketing initiatives. This includes coaching and mentoring team members, evaluating their performance through a benchmark measurement system, and conducting regular one-on-one sessions. You will be tasked with increasing purchase volume across your Book of Business by developing and implementing strategies and best practices that drive engagement with practices and enhance performance in underperforming accounts. Additionally, you will partner with various departments, including field sales, marketing, and operations, to execute growth strategies effectively. You will leverage feedback from Quality Assurance and independent call listening to support enhancements in the sales process and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Gathering and reporting the Voice of the Customer to industry leadership will also be part of your responsibilities. Creating a positive and engaging environment that encourages teamwork, celebrates diversity, inspires performance, and rewards success will be essential to your leadership approach. You may also be assigned other duties or special projects as needed.
