In this role, you will remotely lead a team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists (PDS) focused on driving engagement and growth of purchase volume within the Health & Wellness Industry vertical. Reporting directly to the VP of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring your team to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the industry. This position requires collaboration with senior sales leaders and various departments, including field sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at increasing purchase volume across your Book of Business. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular one-on-one meetings and ad-hoc coaching sessions to evaluate team performance against established benchmarks. You will also be tasked with gathering and reporting the Voice of the Customer to industry leadership, ensuring that feedback is utilized to enhance the sales process and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Creating a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, celebrates diversity, and inspires high performance will be a key focus of your leadership approach. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization as a whole. This role offers flexibility in work location, allowing you to work from home, near one of our hubs, or in one of our offices, with occasional requirements to attend in-person meetings and training sessions.
