About the position

The AVP of Digital Products at Silver State Schools Credit Union is responsible for leading the digital transformation efforts and enhancing the digital banking experience for members. This role focuses on developing a highly effective team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and implementing digital banking product initiatives that align with the credit union's strategic vision. The AVP will work closely with internal and external resources to meet the financial needs of members and support the credit union's mission of providing excellent member service and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the credit union's digital transformation efforts by developing and enhancing digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and online services.
  • Implement the Digital Banking Products and related Digital experiences for the Credit Union.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the credit union's business objectives, market trends, and member needs.
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Own and support the Digital Experience ecosystem of products and services, ensuring growth in channel adoption and maintaining channel metrics.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all Digital Banking services, including Online & Mobile Banking platforms, Bill Payer, Digital Wallets, and Online Payment mechanisms.
  • Interpret data, create and maintain KPI reports/data visualization, analyze results, and provide ongoing reporting related to the Digital Experience Channel.
  • Manage and lead the execution of the digital roadmap, ensuring successful integration and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Communicate and share information about program changes and enhancements to staff, ensuring they are trained on updates.
  • Engage and collaborate with staff in other departments on improvement areas relating to Digital Banking services.
  • Participate in strategic planning with the Senior Management Team and/or Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years related experience and/or training in a similar technological environment.
  • At least one year of work experience in project management and Software Development Life Cycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
