The AVP, IT EIS AVP, Scrum Master - Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) Initiatives is a pivotal role responsible for defining, planning, and leading the delivery of various Enterprise Level EIS initiatives that support the EIS Agile Release Train (ART). This position requires a dynamic individual who can work across multiple teams to drive innovative engineering solutions into production. The Scrum Master will also play a crucial role in financial planning and monitoring, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and pursue improvements in processes and outcomes. In this role, the individual will act as a Scrum Master and Kanban Leader, coaching development teams to enhance their agile practices. The responsibilities include managing multiple agile teams simultaneously, shaping business requirements in collaboration with technology and business teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout project execution. The Scrum Master will utilize tools such as Jira and Jira Align to manage dependencies, risks, and value delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position demands exceptional communication and facilitation skills to develop reports and articulate challenges, progress, and opportunities to various stakeholders, including executives. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for tracking and reporting budget discipline across multiple teams, ensuring that all development stories and related documentation are complete and timely. This role requires a proactive approach to managing diverse IT teams, including application architects, engineers, designers, and outsourced vendors, while leading projects using Scaled Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will conduct Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos/Reviews, and Retrospectives, keeping teams focused on priorities and removing distractions. The individual will work closely with Product Owners and Quality Engineering teams to ensure timely testing and feedback, fostering an environment of autonomous, self-organizing, and continuously improving teams. Additionally, the Scrum Master will lead production support prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to the overall success of the EIS initiatives.
