About the position

The AVP, IT EIS AVP, Scrum Master - Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) Initiatives will be responsible for defining, planning, and leading the delivery of various Enterprise Level EIS initiatives supporting EIS ART. This role will work on multiple dynamic teams with the goal of leading, reporting, and driving innovative Engineering solutions to production. Additionally, the individual will assist in supporting financial planning and monitoring with key stakeholders and identifying/pursuing improvements. Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master, Kanban Leader, and Team Coach for development teams.
• Manage multiple agile teams in parallel, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
• Work with technology and business teams to shape business requirements and provide ongoing communication throughout project execution.
• Manage Agile teams' dependencies, risks, capacities, and value delivery using Jira and other approved tools.
• Create holistic roadmaps and planning for product delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reports and clearly articulate challenges, progress, and opportunities to multiple stakeholders, including executives.
• Track, report, and communicate budget discipline for multiple teams.
• Ensure development stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation are timely and complete to support development, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Lead, manage, track, and communicate the execution of project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Utilize and create reports to deliver EIS Initiatives and promote team collaboration through open communication and teamwork.
• Manage diverse IT teams consisting of application architects, engineers, designers, and outsourced vendors.
• Lead projects using Scaled Agile methodologies and drive continued adoption and improvement of Agile delivery.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand Ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos/Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Keep Agile teams focused on priorities while identifying and removing waste and distractions.
• Work with Product Owners and QE teams to ensure timely testing and feedback that meets Sprint timelines.
• Evangelize for autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams.
• Lead production support prioritization with key stakeholders and identify and pursue improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience, or in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of IT experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile delivery with strong understanding of Scaled Agile practices, including Scrum Master/Kanban Leader/Team Coach experience.

Nice-to-haves

• SAFe Scrum Master Certification, SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineers (RTE) certification.
• Experience managing offshore resources and motivating diverse cross-functional teams.
• Previous Product Management experience and Scrum Master/Kanban management experience.
• Experience managing projects in large banking and financial services companies.
• Familiarity with data encryption/PII data protection standards and related technologies.
