About the position

The Away From Home National Account Sales Manager at PepsiCo is responsible for driving sales of PepsiCo's food and beverage brands within the Sodexo Foodservice divisions. This role involves managing key partnerships, developing strategic visions for the food sectors, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and execution of business goals. The position requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and the ability to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Sell all PepsiCo brands (snacks and beverages) with regional Sodexo Foodservice divisions.
  • Manage the Entegra Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) partnership.
  • Maintain relationships with Sodexo Business Unit (BU) Leadership teams.
  • Coach and develop National Account Team and Region Teams.
  • Collaborate with Field NASMs, AFH and PBC bottlers.
  • Create a team environment that aligns with market changes.
  • Understand all PepsiCo Go To Market (GTM) processes and economics.
  • Conduct periodic analysis of P&L, including Volume, Net Price, Net Revenue, Marginal Contribution, and Profit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, including food or beverages.
  • 5 years of account management experience.
  • Understanding of Foodservice.
  • Large National Account Management Experience or Global Experience preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and National Account System preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence internal and external constituents.
  • Foodservice Profit & Loss (P&L) Literacy.
  • Negotiation Experience.
  • Advanced customer skills including relationship building.
  • Strong internal and external collaboration skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to work under stressful time constraints and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and leverage knowledge of customers' business, goals, and culture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in large national account management or global experience.
  • Broad knowledge of operations, finance, and supply chain.

Benefits

  • Expected compensation range between $102,800 and $172,100.
