About the position

The National Account Sales Manager for Sodexo at PepsiCo is responsible for driving sales of PepsiCo's snack and beverage brands within various Sodexo Foodservice divisions. This role involves managing partnerships with the Entegra Group Purchasing Organization and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve strategic goals. The position requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders while leading a team to adapt to market changes.

Responsibilities

  • Sell all PepsiCo brands (snacks and beverages) with regional Sodexo Foodservice divisions.
  • Manage the Entegra Group Purchasing Organization partnership.
  • Maintain relationships with Sodexo Business Unit Leadership teams.
  • Coach and develop the National Account Team and Region Teams.
  • Collaborate with Field NASMs, AFH, and PBC bottlers.
  • Create a team environment that aligns with market changes.
  • Understand all PepsiCo Go To Market processes and economics.
  • Conduct period analysis of P&L, including Volume, Net Price, Net Revenue, and Profit.
  • Drive business forward by understanding key business levers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, including food or beverages
  • 5 years of account management experience
  • Understanding of Foodservice
  • Large National Account Management Experience or Global Experience preferred
  • Broad knowledge of Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and National Account System preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and influence internal and external constituents
  • Foodservice Profit & Loss Literacy
  • Negotiation Experience
  • Advanced customer skills including relationship building
  • Strong internal and external collaboration skills
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven ability to work under stressful time constraints and solve complex problems
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and leverage knowledge of customer's business, goals, and culture.
