About the position

The AWS Architect will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of Modern Advisor and Investor applications, primarily utilizing the AWS technology stack. This role requires a strong understanding of microservices and micro front-end architecture, with a focus on best practices in AWS development. The architect will lead technical teams in developing modern applications and setting up deployment pipelines, while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern applications using AWS technology stack including AWS DynamoDB, AWS S3, and API Gateway.
• Lead technical teams in the development of applications and deployment pipelines.
• Research, recommend, design, and develop AWS tech stack-backed systems and application architecture.
• Establish a clear and consistent technology vision through collaboration and influence.
• Explain the benefits and differences between legacy and modern applications, such as monolithic vs microservices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS DynamoDB, .Net Core or Java, AWS S3, and API Gateway.
• Strong understanding of microservices and micro front-end architecture using modular federation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead technical teams.
• Expertise in Auth and MFA process integrations.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working with ForgeRock.
• Experience in building an Angular component library.
