The AWS & Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for maintaining production websites deployed on both AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure high availability and resilience of the configurations, as well as adherence to modern cybersecurity principles and tools. The engineer will be expected to respond to urgent requests related to outages within a guaranteed response time of one hour or less, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service quality. In addition to maintaining the cloud infrastructure, the engineer will support and implement various technical domains, including responsive design, search engine optimization, SharePoint integration, and compliance with ADA rules. This multifaceted role will require collaboration with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the websites are functioning optimally and meeting the necessary standards for performance and accessibility. The position also includes a commitment to providing 24/7 emergency support for the websites in the event of an outage. This will involve having dedicated contact information, including a phone number and email, to ensure that urgent issues can be addressed immediately. The engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of the cloud infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of the organization's online presence.
