About the position

As an AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer with a focus on C# and .NET, you will play a crucial role in the development and release of business applications, application integrations, and microservices. Your responsibilities will include supporting critical business application systems and leveraging AWS cloud-based technologies and services for the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of these systems. You will be expected to utilize your expertise in AWS cloud capabilities, C#, .NET, SQL, Python, and Cloud DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will work with specific AWS services such as S3, Event Bridge, and Lambdas (both C# and Python), as well as Glue and Sagemaker. Your skills in API usage, command line interface, and SDKs (including AWS API Gateway and Amazon EKS) will be essential. You should also be well-versed in container usage (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes), as these technologies will be integral to your daily tasks. Maintaining a continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Azure DevOps pipelines and AWS Code Pipeline will be a key responsibility. Additionally, familiarity with package managers such as PyPi and Nuget, along with the usage of AWS Code Artifacts and Azure Artifacts, will be beneficial. A current knowledge of MongoDB is considered a significant plus. Responsibilities

  • Develop and release business applications, application integrations, and microservices.
  • Support critical business application systems using AWS cloud-based technologies.
  • Implement, integrate, and maintain business application systems leveraging AWS services.
  • Utilize AWS services such as S3, Event Bridge, Lambdas (C# and Python), Glue, and Sagemaker.
  • Work with API usage, command line interface, and SDKs (AWS API Gateway, Amazon EKS).
  • Manage container usage (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using Azure DevOps pipelines and AWS Code Pipeline.
  • Familiarize with package managers (PyPi and Nuget) and usage of AWS Code Artifacts and Azure Artifacts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of AWS Cloud Engineering experience.
  • Strong skills in Core AWS services and ability to quickly spin up services.
  • Experience in AWS cloud capabilities, C#, .NET, SQL, Python, and Cloud DevOps.
  • Proficient in specific AWS services including S3, Event Bridge, Lambdas (C# and Python), Glue, and Sagemaker.
  • Experience in API usage, command line interface, and SDKs (AWS API Gateway, Amazon EKS).
  • Experience in Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Nice-to-haves

  • Current knowledge of MongoDB is a big plus.
