About the position

The AWS Cloud Developer for National Security is responsible for implementing innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Intelligence Community agencies. This role involves consulting, designing, and building cloud solutions while ensuring adherence to security best practices. The position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for working with diverse Intelligence Community customers to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Intelligence Community agencies.
• Educate and train customers on application architectures and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovation.
• Participate in deep-dive education and design exercises to create innovative solutions on AWS.
• Maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications or equivalent education experience.
• 1+ years of software development tools and methodologies experience.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Experience in technology/software sales consulting or equivalent skills.
• Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
