About the position

The AWS Connect Technical Architect at Accenture is a senior-level role focused on driving innovation and delivering customer experience solutions utilizing Amazon technologies. This position involves collaborating with clients to design AWS architectures, particularly for Amazon Connect, and optimizing these solutions to enhance service delivery. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in cloud solutions and strong sales acumen to engage with executives and technology leaders, ensuring that clients achieve their cloud transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive full end-to-end sales and technical solutioning from origination and initial client conversations through discovery, design, and transition to delivery.
• Work directly with client's executives and technology leaders to design AWS architectures and environments.
• Design Amazon Connect, Lex, and Pinpoint architectures that optimize AWS capabilities and Accenture's assets.
• Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the contact center or PBX industry.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with sales and technical design for Amazon Connect and related technologies.
• Deep understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email and chat channel designs, and contact center operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and/or Amazon Pinpoint.
• Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots.
