About the position

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Architect to join our team in Malvern, PA. This hybrid role focuses on designing and implementing scalable data solutions using AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services such as Redshift, S3, DynamoDB, Postgres, and SQL, with a deep understanding of database architecture and resiliency for globalized environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures leveraging AWS services.
• Work with Redshift for data warehousing and analytics, ensuring optimal access points and data management rules.
• Architect and maintain resiliency for globalized databases and infrastructure.
• Implement and manage S3 storage rules to ensure secure and efficient data access.
• Utilize DynamoDB for NoSQL solutions and Postgres for relational database management.
• Manage and optimize SQL-based storage solutions for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with AWS services, including Redshift, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS (Postgres/SQL).
• Strong understanding of global database architectures and resiliency planning.
• Expertise in designing and managing large-scale, distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in creating analytics solutions and access points within AWS environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data storage best practices.
