About The Position
The AWS Desktop Virtualization Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions using Amazon Workspaces and AWS AppStream. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the security and availability of systems. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external customers to develop product requirements and success criteria, while also participating in the planning and design of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
