About the position

The AWS Enterprise Account Manager for the US Enterprise Transportation and Logistics team is responsible for driving digital transformation and managing strategic accounts within the enterprise customer market segment. This role involves engaging with C-level executives and various stakeholders to promote AWS products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing long-term relationships. The position requires a strong focus on revenue generation and market share growth in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience developing detailed go to market plans

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Transportation and Logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services
