About the position

The AWS Java Full Stack Developer role involves designing, executing, and maintaining high-scale enterprise applications using Java, particularly Java 8. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into technical standards, as well as the development of cloud-based microservice applications in a fast-paced environment. The developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development process, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers, while ensuring timely delivery of features and adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain high-scale enterprise applications using Java.
• Collaborate with Business SMEs and Product Owners to review requirements and develop applications.
• Design and deploy cloud-based microservice applications.
• Implement application development processes and conduct code reviews.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for deliverables.
• Plan and develop new project requirements and technical designs.
• Develop and implement new features from the product backlog.
• Lead and influence team members to achieve development goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Core Java / J2EE application development.
• 7-8 years of experience in ESB/Microservices, JSON, Linux, and Python.
• 6 years of experience in REST services.
• 8 years of experience in Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services (S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild).
• Experience with AWS API development, containerization, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, and RDBMS.
