About the position
The AWS Python Platform Engineer at V2Soft is responsible for designing and building scalable and highly available serverless and stateful systems on AWS. This role requires extensive experience in Python programming and AWS services, focusing on delivering high-performance technology solutions that address real business challenges. The engineer will work in an agile environment, contributing to the development of microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and build serverless and stateful systems on AWS.
- Develop applications using Python programming.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Work with various AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Configure and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize version control systems like GitLab for code management.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Python programming.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS services.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and highly available systems on AWS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Knowledge of microservice development patterns.
- Experience in configuring and deploying CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab.
