About the position

The position involves working with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to implement innovative cloud computing solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role requires strong technical skills, consultative abilities, and a passion for educating and training clients on cloud solutions. The candidate will engage in various projects, collaborating with AWS teams to deliver effective solutions and drive feature innovation based on customer needs. This is a dynamic role that emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and a commitment to making work enjoyable while achieving significant impacts in the cloud computing space.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and train Intelligence Community customers on cloud solutions.
  • Design and build innovative cloud solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovation.
  • Participate in deep-dive education and design exercises for architecture discussions.
  • Maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and manage clearances for government agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience with an Object Oriented language.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Experience in technology/software sales consulting or equivalent skills.
  • Professional experience architecting, deploying, and operating solutions built on AWS.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
