About the position

The position involves working with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to implement innovative cloud computing solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role requires strong technical skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to educate and train clients on application architectures and integration. The consultant will engage in various projects, collaborating with AWS teams to deliver effective solutions and drive feature innovation based on customer needs. This is a dynamic role that emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and a passion for cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Intelligence Community customers on cloud solutions.
• Design and build innovative cloud solutions using AWS.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Engage in deep architecture discussions and design exercises.
• Maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented language.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• 7+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Experience in technology/software sales consulting or equivalent skills.
• Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
