About the position

The AWS SysOps Administrator role is focused on establishing proactive controls to monitor the health of various AWS services, ensuring the reliability of tools and applications. The position requires extensive experience in supporting, maintaining, and securing AWS IaaS and PaaS services, with a strong emphasis on security improvements based on a zero trust model. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in Linux administration and troubleshooting network issues, along with excellent communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish proactive controls to monitor the health of various AWS services.
• Support, maintain, and secure various AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
• Improve the security of services based on a zero trust model.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems and network issues.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize conflicting assignments.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in establishing proactive controls for AWS services.
• 10 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and securing AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
• 8 years of experience in improving security based on a zero trust model.
• 8 years of experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting network issues.
• 5 years of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 4 years of experience in managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing assignments.
• AWS SysOps Administrator Certification with validation number.
