About the position
The Event Operations Crew will provide essential services for the Event Operations Setup and Technical Services Unit at Bridgewater State University. This role involves setting up equipment for various on-campus events, working collaboratively in small teams, and developing skills in teamwork, communication, and independence under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Setup furniture and technology needs for events
- Follow specific details of diagrams
- Work in a team environment
- Follow a schedule in a timely manner
- Train new student employees
- Manage inventory
- Complete on-site deliveries
- Assist customers with technology needs
- Troubleshoot technology issues
- Test equipment before events
- Other duties as assigned
