About the position

The Azure Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing security access processes related to cloud-based data platforms and solutions, specifically focusing on Azure Databricks and Immuta. This role involves collaboration with cloud vendors and internal teams to ensure effective security features are utilized, as well as defining roles and responsibilities for daily operations monitoring. The position also emphasizes automation of security processes, cost management in cloud operations, and the integration of security within development processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage security access processes related to cloud-based data platform and solutions (Azure Databricks, Immuta).
• Define and manage roles and responsibilities related to daily operations monitoring of processes and events, collaborating with cloud vendor and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cloud vendor and internal staff to understand and utilize appropriate security features/platform.
• Coordinate with vendor to integrate with Immuta and define security administration roles, responsibilities, processes accordingly.
• Conduct regular audits of security and access, supporting Compliance department investigations/reviews of specific data usage and access.
• Automate security processes, such as access requests and approvals.
• Define and implement processes to monitor and manage cloud costs, working with leadership to evaluate potential charge-back models.
• Define and advocate for DevSecOps, collaborating with development teams to integrate security into solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure, Databricks, DevOps.
• Familiarity with Immuta, Tableau, and ServiceNow is preferred.
