About the position

The Azure Cloud Cybersecurity Lead will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls for cloud environments, ensuring the security of data centers, remote sites, and plant automation. This role involves monitoring system alerts, conducting investigations, and managing identity and access controls, all while working in a hybrid schedule that allows for both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls for cloud aspects of data centers, remote sites, and plant automation.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts, conduct investigations, and rule out potential threats.
• Configure and secure cloud environments using tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.
• Manage Identity and Access Management using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and implement role-based access controls.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security audits to identify and address gaps.

Requirements

• Azure Cloud Security experience with Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Entra ID/Azure Active Directory.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and managing data centers with a focus on cloud cybersecurity technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems administration with security controls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity related tools and concepts such as CSPM, CASB, CIEM, CWP, and EASM in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Active Directory, DNS, and networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, MIS, or related field.
