Insight Global is looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to support a large reinsurance company in Stamford, CT. This role is part of the Infrastructure IT team, where the Azure Cloud Engineer will play a crucial role in the migration of services from on-premises infrastructure to Azure cloud solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering cloud-based applications and services, as well as the infrastructure that supports them. This position involves working closely with the Senior Cloud Engineer to assist with day-to-day activities and to handle Level 3 (L3) tickets that are escalated from the Level 2 (L2) support team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Azure, particularly in migration projects, and should be prepared to adapt to the team's needs and workflows. The role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to be productive in a remote work environment, as well as experience in the banking, reinsurance, insurance, or financial industries.
