As an Intermediate Cloud/Systems Engineer at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing cloud-based solutions tailored to meet business needs and customer requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include designing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions. You will work closely with end users and customers to extract their requirements and collaborate with various departments, including application development, enterprise operations, security, and risk management, to deliver effective solutions that address customer needs. In addition to solution implementation, you will assist with disaster recovery solutions and engage in continuous improvement activities. You will implement enterprise cloud infrastructure and application monitoring solutions that alert respective support teams to any anomalies or vulnerabilities detected within their applications or environments.
