Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee Azure Development by offshore team members and distribution schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Ensuring the highest quality for every project/request. Responsible for error resolution, follow up and performance metrics monitoring.
- Convert concepts to technical architecture, design, and implementation.
- Design and build BI solutions with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high reliability.
- Develop data curation pipelines for reporting needs using ADLS/ADF and Azure Databricks (Spark & SQL).
- Manage creation of comprehensive workflows for the production and distribution of assigned reports, document reporting processes and procedures.
- Code optimization / tuning under guidance from Architects.
- Integrating the end-to-end Databricks pipeline to take data from source systems to target data repositories ensuring Data quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Possess strong expertise in Databricks SQL, Databricks Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark.
- Have a solid understanding of data architecture and data engineering principles.
- Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Have experience with cloud platforms preferably Azure or AWS.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions on time.

- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
