About the position

The Azure DevOps Architect role is focused on managing the software development process and creating an automated delivery pipeline to enhance software building efficiency. This position involves assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality information technology architecture, specifically within the Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client stakeholders to understand current DevOps processes, platform/tools, application, and infrastructure landscape.
• Design and define the DevOps target architecture for identified applications.
• Finalize the DevOps toolchain from requirement to release.
• Streamline the DevOps process as part of release management.
• Assist in defining branching strategies.
• Define appropriate deployment strategies.

Requirements

• 10 to 16 years of experience in DevOps architecture.
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and security tool integration.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure cloud engineering and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with source control and continuous integration tools.
