About the position

The Azure DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines primarily on Azure, with some knowledge of AWS. This role requires extensive experience in DevOps principles, cloud automation tools, and networking concepts to ensure efficient deployment and operation of cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Utilize cloud automation tools like Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Execute cloud-native architecture using infrastructure as code principles.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud platform and knowledge of AWS.
• In-depth understanding of DevOps principles and cloud automation tools.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts including VPN, DNS, and load balancing.
• Extensive experience with Azure technologies such as virtual machines and storage accounts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python/Shell.
• Experience in build/release engineering and troubleshooting build/release issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure as code from TaaS and PaaS.
• Familiarity with security principles in cloud environments.
