About the position

The Azure Infra Cloud Engineer with Google Cloud Platform is responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools for product patching and deployments in both on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires a strong background in scripting and automation, as well as experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for product patching and deployments in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Utilize Ansible/Python and PowerShell/Bash scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Harness.
• Assist with Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices as needed.
• Oversee software versioning and patch management processes with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Understand and implement observability and monitoring tools to enhance system performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Versioning and Patch Management.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible/Python and PowerShell/Bash scripting languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Harness.
• Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
