About the position

The Azure IoT Edge and Cloud Solutions Engineer role focuses on deploying and managing IoT Edge devices and solutions in Azure Cloud. This position requires expertise in various technologies related to IoT, including device provisioning, management, and embedded programming. The engineer will work on implementing solutions that leverage Azure services to enhance industrial use cases and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy IoT Edge device modules in IoTHub & IoT Central.
• Implement Yocto deployments in IoT Edge.
• Deploy OPC Module and establish communication with Kepserver for Industrial Use Cases.
• Deploy SQL Edge with Stream Analytics.
• Capture data using NeuronX & Ekuiper.
• Implement Blob storage on Edge.
• Utilize Azure Kubernetes Services.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure IoT Edge and Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Embedded C, C#, and Python.
• Knowledge of device provisioning and management in IoT environments.
• Experience with Docker, AKS, and K3s.
• Familiarity with Azure OTA and Azure Stream Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with Az DevOps Pipelines.
• Implementing A/B partitioning in Yocto OS.
• Conducting OTA updates using Mender.
• Provisioning Quemu.
