About the position

The Azure Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for optimizing the infrastructure of taxation platforms within a professional services firm. This role is a contract position with the potential for hire, focusing on leveraging Azure technologies and various monitoring tools to enhance system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the infrastructure of taxation platforms using Azure technologies.
• Implement and manage Azure App Services and SQL databases.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with Azure App Services.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.
