About the position
The B+K General Manager at Reece Supply, LLC is responsible for developing diverse teams to meet annual sales and EBITDA targets while ensuring operational excellence across showroom locations and virtual branches. This role involves strategic business planning, operational oversight, and fostering a high-performance team culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to grow market share and align with enterprise priorities.
- Create annual financial plans for each branch and the total market, including headcount and expansion plans.
- Deliver market sales and EBITDA annual budget and review monthly P&Ls to address gaps.
- Monitor pricing trends and develop strategies to achieve pricing targets.
- Drive accountability with Branch Managers and market leadership to achieve goals.
- Ensure operational excellence by meeting standards and providing necessary tools for decision-making.
- Evaluate and coach team member performance, supporting training and development methods.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and communicate the company mission and vision effectively.
- Monitor sales trends and product performance to engage new customers and enhance market share.
- Conduct regular communication and feedback sessions with team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- 10+ years of management experience with more than 4 direct reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
