About the position
The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System is seeking a Permanent Substitute to join the Human Resources department. This position is essential for maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of regular teachers. The role involves working in various elementary schools within the district, ensuring that students receive quality instruction and support during their learning process. The Permanent Substitute will be responsible for following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher and managing classroom behavior effectively. This position is a full-time role with a structured schedule, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects as needed.
- Support students' educational needs and assist with their learning process.

Requirements
