About the position

The Account Based Marketing Specialist will support the strategy and execution of the client's Account Based Marketing (ABM) program by building customized digital marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance client engagement and optimize ABM processes. The position is remote and requires the use of personal equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and execution of the ABM program by building customized digital marketing campaigns.
  • Report to the Commercial CX Manager and collaborate with key stakeholders across digital marketing and client teams.
  • Design ABM strategies including email, web, social media, events, and paid media to drive client engagement.
  • Monitor and report on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.
  • Document repeatable and scalable processes and best practices for marketing and client teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding communication for cross-functional teams involved in the ABM program.
  • Maintain the ABM Center of Excellence to assist with onboarding and optimization of self-supported ABM programs.
  • Act as the lead for the Center of Excellence, updating resources and disseminating ABM best practices.
  • Participate in meetings inclusively and collaboratively, managing changes in program scope effectively.
  • Capture action items and track follow-up commitments from ABM meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 1-4+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or executing customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with email marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau and CRM systems is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Experience or coursework in product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cohesively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn new technologies.
